So many of my ADHD and creative coaching clients bring up the same traits and patterns  Not everyone who is creative is ADHD and vice versa but there is a lot of overlap.  For me, I am easily distracted by shiny objects and I hyper focus yet I am not ADHD just highly creative.  My superpowers!
